And the Digital Media option will give our contact information. The symbols beside the options only appear when an option is highlighted. DVD Case Inserts  BACK SPINE FRONT The DVD case insert can be customized several different ways with our templates. These customizations are completely optional. If you have an idea of your own that you want to incorporate into the design, we will make your vision come to life the best that we can. The Front panel can have the title on the top or bottom. The picture can be cut out from the background (as shown above) or can have a frame placed around it. The Back panel can have one picture with a personalized message on the bottom (as shown above), two pictures and a personalized message, or three pictures with a short message or no message.
